Do you offer onsite and virtual visits?
We offer both onsite and virtual (telehealth) visits with our professionals.
How do I become a new patient?
You can directly book and appointment through the Book Now page.
How long is each visit?
Visits normally require 45-60 minutes for the first visit and 20-30 minutes for subsequent visits.
What should I do if I need to refill my prescription?
If you need a prescription refill, please contact our office at least 3 to 7 days before your medication runs out. It is preferred to request refills through your patient portal.
Control substances are governed by specific state regulatory guidelines for refills. Clients must be seen monthly for a follow up visit in order to receive a refill for controlled substances. Non-controlled substances may be refilled for up to three months at the providers discretion; however, refills cannot be issued if the client has not been seen within the past three months. If client have not been seen in six months, client is required to schedule an appointment as a new patient.
Can I continue my treatment if I relocate to another state?
Depending on your new location and our licensing capabilities, we may be able to continue providing telehealth services. Please discuss this with your provider if you plan to relocate.
What is your approach to holistic or integrative mental health care?
We believe in a holistic approach to mental health, incorporating traditional therapies with integrative practices such as mindfulness, nutrition and lifestyle changes. Our goal is to treat the whole person not just the symptoms.
How do I know if I need therapy or psychiatric services?
If you are unsure, whether you need therapy or psychiatric services, we recommend scheduling an initial consultation with one of our providers. They will assess your situation and got you on the appropriate next steps.
What age groups do you service?
We provide services for a wide range of age groups, including children, adolescence, adults, and seniors. Each age group has specific treatments tailored to their needs.
How do I prepare for my first session?
Before your first session, would be helpful to think about any symptoms you’ve been experiencing, goals, and what you hope to achieve with your tailored treatment plan. You will also need to complete any intake forms provided by our office.
What are your hours of operation?
Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm for psychiatric help.
Do you offer therapy services?
We do have a licensed therapist who is available by appointment.
Do you treat people with multiple disorders?
Yes, we treat patients that have multiple disorders. We commonly treat ADHD/ADD, mood disorders, anxiety, PTSD and trauma, psychotic and personality disorders, and sleeping disorders. Consult our Services page for more information.
How do I provide feedback or file a complaint?
We value your feedback and take any concerns seriously. You can provide feedback through our online form or by contacting our office directly. We are committed to addressing any issues promptly.
What should I do if I am not satisfied with my treatment?
If you are not satisfied with your treatment, please discuss your concerns with your provider. We are here to work with you to adjust your treatment plan and ensure you receive the care you need.
Do you offer sliding scale fees or financial assistance?
We offer sliding scale, fee is based on income to ensure that our services are accessible to everyone. Please contact our office to discuss your financial situation and explore available options.

What happens after I message a provider?
Please note that response times may vary depending on the complexity of the request or my current workload. Response time may take up to 3 business days. If your matter is urgent, please feel free to indicate that in your email, and I will do my best to prioritize it. If your matter is a medical emergency, please dial 911.
